Relationship
Over the past five years, BrandCraft has partnered with The University of Hong Kong on a growing number of identity and brand transformation projects across research, education and student engagement.
Beginning with the Centre for Oncology and Immunology in 2021, our relationship has expanded to include the School of Computing & Data Science and, most recently, for the Centre of Sports and Exercise, a university-wide brand transformation supporting one of Hong Kong’s largest sporting communities. Together, these engagements reflect a trusted partnership built on thoughtful strategy, careful design and a deep understanding of one of Asia’s leading universities.
School of Computing & Data Science
Empowering changemakers for HKU
Working closely with the School of Computing & Data Science, BrandCraft developed a comprehensive identity system spanning strategy, visual identity, illustration, motion and brand guidelines.
The transformation supports one of HKU’s fastest-growing academic schools, bringing greater clarity and consistency across student recruitment, communications and digital touchpoints.
Centre for Oncology and Immunology
Identity for a pioneering research centre
BrandCraft created the visual identity for the Centre for Oncology and Immunology, establishing a distinctive and enduring identity for one of HKU’s leading interdisciplinary research centres.
The project balanced scientific credibility with simplicity, creating a mark designed to remain relevant as the centre continued to evolve.
HKU Centre for Sports and Exercise
A unified identity for sport at HKU
BrandCraft is currently leading the transformation of HKU CSE, bringing together sport, health, wellbeing and recreation under a single, future-facing identity.
The project includes strategy, naming, brand architecture and a comprehensive visual identity system designed to engage the entire university community.
