Visual identity for a commercial law practice
Background
GPS is a Hong Kong-based commercial law firm. Founded by three highly experienced and respected lawyers, GPS represents the partnership of Phillip Georgiou, Sonny Payne, and Brett Stewien.
We worked alongside the founders to create an identity that aligns with their partner-led practice, price transparency, and their modern approach while practicing in a traditional industry.

Expression
The logomark is built from a simple 2x3 grid, forming the impression of the firms initials through broken semi-circles and straight paths.
The result is a balanced and minimalist logomark that frames the firms name. The logo is designed to translate concepts of structure, trustworthiness and the firms modern approach to law.
The primary colour palette is inspired by the iconic bright red hues of the Hong Kong visual landscape.
We paired the custom designed logotype with the Roboto type family for its tall stance and but geometric details.
